Step by Step Guide
Start in minutes.
Build for generations.
No technical knowledge needed. Follow these simple steps and your family tree will be live in minutes.
Create your account
Sign up with just your name and email address — no credit card, no payment required. Your account is your identity on the platform and connects you to every family tree you join.
That's all you need
Create your family tree
From your dashboard, click "नई वंशावली बनाएं". Give your family tree a name in Hindi and/or English. You can also add your family's Samaj, Gotra, Kuldevi, and ancestral village — making your tree culturally rich from day one.

Add family members
Start with yourself, then add your parents, grandparents, spouse, children, and siblings. Each member gets a rich profile — name, birth year, photo, profession, address, and more. The tree builds itself visually as you add members.
Grandparents · Siblings
Invite your family
Your family tree is better when built together. Invite relatives via email — they'll get a link to join Manugram and connect to your tree. You can give them Contributor access so they can add their own branch of the family.

Preserve memories & stories
Once your tree has members, start adding the richness — life memories on each member's timeline, family stories in किस्से-कहानियाँ, cultural traditions in अभिलेख पटल, and live updates in the Family Feed. This is where your tree comes alive.

Explore & share your tree
Navigate your tree visually — zoom, pan, click on any member to see their full profile. Share your tree with the world (or keep it private). Every member gets a public profile URL to share on WhatsApp, family groups, and social media.
